One thing about human nature is that people often times lack motivation to go to the gym. <p>Many times it&#8217;s just knowing that you have paid for the trainer and that they are at the gym waiting for you that motivates you to go workout.  </p>

<p>Americans eat way too much food and especially too much fat in their diets.  Chances are that if you analyze your diet you will notice that you eat very little protein compared to the amount of carbs and fats in your diet.  But more importantly you are eating too much of everything.  </p>
<p>So how can you lose weight fast?</p>
<p>Many times you don&#8217;t even have to change most of the things you eat, you just need to slow down a little bit.  How many times do you get done eating and then feel that you ate a little too much?  You should never ever feel that you ate too much!  Instead of eating 3 slices of pizza for lunch at noon just eat 1 slice and wait 1 hour.  If you are still hungry at 1 o&#8217;clock then eat another slice.  Then wait another hour and if you are still hungry eat the third slice at 2 o&#8217;clock.  You might think that you just ended up eating the same amount of pizza so it won&#8217;t help you lose weight.  But if you didn&#8217;t do that, it would be 2 o&#8217;clock and you would eat another 3 pieces of pizza.  </p>
<p>Spreading out your meals throughout the day will shrink your stomach and improve your metabolism in 2 weeks.  </p>
