Learning how to jump higher plyometric exercises have a lot to do with how well you will be able to increase your vertical jump. If you play beach volleyball you know better than anyone how important it is to jump as high as possible. Jumping out of sand is much more difficult than jumping on a solid floor like a basketball player. Sure you might be able to dunk a basketball on a 10 foot rim off of a hard court but that wouldn’t even guarantee you to be able to touch 9 feet in the sand. When you jump out of 2 plus feet of sand, you lose a lot of your vertical leaping ability.

Unless you can grow taller overnight you need to train seriously. There are no jump higher pills or shoes that will work for you. The only thing that will work is hard work and correct jump training. Vertical leap exercises will work as long as you don’t do the ones from air alert. They are a bogus jump training program that will take your money and then have you over train your body and not see any real results. Learning how to dunk is one thing but let me give you some tips on how to jump higher, you want to learn from the best to see results fast. You can’t just assume that you know what you are doing or else you would already be jumping 44 inches.
